Terms of Use

Version of 25 October 2026

1. What these terms cover

Co.Space is a platform for communities, events, trips, places and experts. It includes cospace.world, the dashboard at admin.cospace.world, the @Co_Assistant_Bot bot, community bots and personal AI agents. The service is provided by an individual, Maksim Zaikin ("we").

By using Co.Space you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

  • You sign in only with Telegram, so your Co.Space account is your Telegram account. Keep access to it safe.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
  • Do not pretend to be another person or another community.

3. What you publish

  • You are responsible for the communities, events, trips, places, expert profiles, reviews, photos and texts you publish. Publish only what you have the rights to, and keep it accurate: dates, prices, conditions.
  • You let us show this content, free of charge, on the site, in the dashboard and in Co.Space bots, and turn it into cards for posting. This permission lasts while the content is published.
  • The Co.Space team reviews content before it is published. We may ask you to fix it, reject it or unpublish it.

4. For organizers and founders

  • You are responsible for your events, trips, places and communities: accurate descriptions, participant safety, delivering what you promised, and refunds.
  • Use participants' data (names, usernames, application answers) only to run your event or community. Do not pass it on and do not send unrelated messages.
  • Connecting a Co.Space bot or AI agent to a chat? Tell members that it reads messages and share a link to the Privacy Policy.
  • If sign-up or payment happens on another website, you are responsible for that website's terms.

5. Payments

  • Paid community memberships are paid in Telegram Stars. The community founder sets the price and conditions.
  • Refunds are decided by the organizer — the community founder: write to them or to support at @cospace_support. Telegram Stars are refunded under Telegram's rules.

6. AI features

  • Bot and agent replies are written by AI and can be wrong. Check anything important yourself.
  • Your personal agent is your own bot. /export downloads your data and /forget_me erases it. The Privacy Policy explains exactly what gets erased.
  • People matching is only a suggestion. We introduce two people only if both agree.

7. What is not allowed

  • spam, mass messaging or advertising without consent;
  • fraud, fake events, other people's photos or texts without permission;
  • insults, threats, discrimination, illegal content;
  • collecting other users' data: exporting lists, scraping the catalog;
  • interfering with the service or getting around access limits.

If you break these rules, we may remove your content, limit your account or block it. A blocked account cannot sign in to Co.Space or publish.

8. Deleting your account

To delete your account and data, write to @cospace_support or [email protected]. The Privacy Policy explains what is deleted and how long it takes.

9. How the service works

Co.Space is provided "as is". Features change, and some are in testing. We may change or switch off a feature, and we try to warn you in advance.

10. Liability

  • We do not organize the events and trips listed in the catalog and are not responsible for them. Any arrangement is between you and the organizer.
  • We are not responsible for outages of the third-party services Co.Space runs on: Telegram, maps, AI services.

11. Changes to these terms

The version date is at the top. We will announce significant changes in the @Co_Assistant_Bot bot. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

The applicable law is the law of the operator's country of residence. We try to settle any dispute by talking first: write to support.
